Thoughts on Apartment 3A
A romcom was just what we needed after the heaviness of Afterlife: A Ghost Story. But because weβre us, of course we had to pick one that isnβt only a laugh-out-loud riot, but also one that deals with some tough themes: death & grief, acceptance, & religion, just to name a few.
Audience Feedback for Apartment 3A
βLights, choreography, and trust between the actors was a master class in coordination and direction.β
βThe simplicity of the set allowed the entire show to flow without interrupting our experience. The actors and their connections were the thing, and the set gave them room to play without limitations, even though it was simple and unchanging.β
Reeling from the loss of what she thought was the love of her life, Annie Wilson searches for a reason to hope again with a mysterious next-door neighbor who teaches her what it truly means to be in love forever. A sparkling romantic comedy by celebrated actor and playwright Jeff Daniels (The Newsroom, Dumb & Dumber), Apartment 3A is a treasure trove of quiet and humorous revelations as Annie opens her heart to an unexpected suitor.

Thoughts on Afterlife: A Ghost Story
As soon as we read this script we knew it was one we had to produce. But it needed some very specific and elevated technical needs-a menacing Blackbird puppet, surround sound to immerse you in this world-so we shelved it until we were ready. In 2024, the stars aligned, the right people came aboard, and we knew: itβs time.

A ghost story in the most literal sense, Afterlife follows married couple Connor and Danielle as they prepare their beachfront home for an impending storm. They do their best to come together and get the job done while packing up items stained by painful memories they donβt know how to talk about. But when the storm rolls in faster than expected and a great wave rises up to drag them under, it may be too late for the them to come to terms with their history and escape the haunting world of unsent letters, unexpected snow, unfinished sand castles, unrelenting birds, and unforgettable loss that threatens to swallow the pair forever.
